I want to move a Sim from one town to the town of City Life... Can I do that? And how?
Yes, when you click on their phone and choose move household, you'll see the town map. Then you click on the world symbol on the left hand corner, this will load all the other worlds, including San Myshuno. There you choose a nice place to live and voila you've moved your Sim to San Myshuno!

Could you explain us where you want to move the baby to? Is the baby living with their mother, and you want to move it with the father?
Knowing details about the families would help. Keep in mind babies can't live alone 😉

Have you tried to use 'Manage households' to move your baby from the first household to the new one? To access 'Manage households', you would need to go first to the 'Manage world' (or load your game without selecting a house to play with), and then find the option in the top right side of the screen.
