Moving game to a different drive for space (EA Play)

I currently have my EA app and game selected to download to my E: drive but when I look for the files they are on the C: drive that I did not select. How do I ensure that the game will load from E: drive and not the C: drive? I have attached screenshots of how it is currently listed on my computer.

I want to use the E drive to play the game and house all my saves and potential mods without using all of the space on my C drive.

You absolutely need to create a new folder on E, NOT called "The Sims 4," into which you'll move your user folder.  It can be E:\Game Data or E:\Sims Stuff or whatever you want, but it cannot be the same folder as you're using for the program files.
