My CC is glitching build mode

I have a bunch of cc. I recently got a new computer and went from Sims 4 legacy edition to the normal one. Before much of my cc didn't work, but I didn't know which ones so I never got rid of it. Now...

    Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game.

    If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
