my creation doesn't show up in the gallery most popular category

My creation "cute asian girl" shows up only by full-name keyword in the gallery most popular filter.

I can't find it by keyword " asian"

When I reported this bug through EA live chat, the adviser said it was so common and simple problem. But the only thing he did was send me E-mail requiring me to do something.

I'm not expert at computer program, and most of the links he sent me were not found...

I think it is your server's problem, not me. So I want your server engineer to fix it.

    Hi @aewolgreen 

    Are you searching by 'item name' or 'hashtag', also if you sort by 'most popular' - that's based on the amount of downloads 'all-time', which is why it would be easier to find with the 'full title' - so depending on that - how many downloads has that particular one had? Pretty sure it also works the same way even when searching your own catalog, newest still will 'show all'.

    It's much easier to sort by 'newest', which discounts the 'most downloaded', I find that an easier way to find some creations, and also use a lot of hashtags as well.
