Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I recently just got my computer back from my sister‘s ex-boyfriend and because of that I haven’t been able to play the Sims for a while and because origin shutdown I moved over to the EA app today and all my expansion packs and kit and stuff packs are gone I’ve tried everything. I don’t know what to do. I spent so much money on them. It’ll let me download the base game, but it’ll show that none of the stuff packs or anything else that I bought previously is downloaded. I know I’m on the same account because it’s the same one that I had when I used origin. I have no clue what to do anymore. I’m on the verge of tears and throwing up my PC.

GETxTHExTARDIS1 If your content isn't showing as owned in the EA App, under Sims 4 > Manage > Manage add-ons, you're probably in the wrong account, whether you think so or not. To find out, go to ea.com, sign in, open Account Settings > Order History, and look for your purchases. If they're not there, you're in the wrong account. If your packs ARE listed as owned in the EA App, let me know whether they're also listed as installed.

I did figure it out apparently I was in the wrong account and didn’t realize it
