my game has started to crash after the windows 10 update

my sims 4 game has started to crash after the new windows 10 update and I feel like I have tried everything to fix it.  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times and deleted the sims 4 fold...

I did have cc and mods in my game but ive already deleted them from my game and it still crashes

Did you also delete localthumbcache.package?

    I have no idea what that is, where do I find it?

      That is a cache file normally located here: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4

        I deleted that and my game is still crashing
