my game has started to crash after the windows 10 update

my sims 4 game has started to crash after the new windows 10 update and I feel like I have tried everything to fix it.  I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it many times and deleted the sims 4 fold...

    Hi! Thanks for your help but I have contacted the people from ea and they have helped me solve the issue, thanks for helping me @jpkarlsen

I deleted that and my game is still crashing

    when I go on to my cases it says I have no cases so how am I supposed to attach a file if its not showing up

    Use the attach file button in your answer.

    It says "Choose File". Next to the paperclip.
