My game wont start i keep getting this "sims 4 initialization error at startup 135dec40:90f690cf:00000075:495f32a". Every time i load up the game it say preparing the game.i have tried every thing my game has been unplayable for months.

Even though the error is different, the the fixes are largely the same.
Hello i have another issue ,now the game says i have run out of memory which is not true.
@KMCocoa I've merged your new post with your previous thread. Did you try the suggestions in the thread I linked earlier?
If none of that helps or helped, please let me know what antivirus you use. Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
