For any of these and any others you find, especially the ones that are labeled "needs input," it would really help if you could click Me Too and post that you're affected, along with any other details that you think might be relevant. The more players that comment on a bug, the higher priority it can become, at least up to a point.
I've seen reports of the already placed selling tables not working and missing objects from inventory, although I don't know of any bug reports on the subject. (I could have missed them though.) I saw one person write that the issues with leftovers only applied to food made before the patch, but another said new food was affected as well, so I'm not sure how that's working now.
For these and the others (minus the one that's almost certainly mod-related), you could create your own bug reports, or look for similar reports and post there too. There's no problem making a duplicate; it'll just be merged into the original.
It's best to use the bug threads to discuss known issues with the game, rather than trying to troubleshoot what's essentially unfixable at this point.
