My mermaid is wearing cloths when she should be nude

I don't have any CC but i do have mods. All of them are up to date, and even when I removed them my mer-sim was wearing pants when she is supposed to be nude. She doesn't have cloths on in her mer-fo...

My male vampire also has the same problem. He is wearing vet pants so I'm quite confused about wants going on with this... at this point i have removed all of my mods for the moment its not helping but i don't know what to do.
