@EA_Darko I removed all the expansion packs except from the new one that I purchased when the computer crashed and I even tried the game on its own with no expansions, its still really lagging.
@kimberleyharley I tried adding the DxDiag file just let me know if ive done it properly haha
@kimberleyharley According to your dxdiag Windows 10 is not recognizing the cpu. The cpu requires a driver. the video system only has default drivers loaded. You need the driver disc or go to Acer support and download and install all drivers for your model Acer. This game needs the missing information to configure the game for your computer.
- @roberta591 ' do I need to download every driver or is there specific ones im looking for? the reason they probably aren't downloaded is because ive just had my laptop fixed as it wasn't turning on so they've probably all been uninstalled
So ive downloaded every driver onto my computer but im unsure how to actually install them as they've just been saved into a folder in my documents
