@roberta591 ' do I need to download every driver or is there specific ones im looking for? the reason they probably aren't downloaded is because ive just had my laptop fixed as it wasn't turning on so they've probably all been uninstalled
So ive downloaded every driver onto my computer but im unsure how to actually install them as they've just been saved into a folder in my documents
