My pc turns off almost after I enter the main menu

So a few days before the cats and dogs expansion came out. I was playing like always, I have never had any types of problems, and after I was done playing, I turned off my computer as usual. The next day I opened the sims 4 (I have every expansion) and when it went into the main menu, the computer turned off almost immediately and restarts by it self.

I spent almost a day trying to find out what might've been causing that. I removed all my mods and cleaned all my sims 4 folder in the documents folder. Still the same problem. 

So I uninstalled the sims 4 and deleted any files related to it, and waited for the cats and dogs expansion pack to install it all over again. 

When I did so, I still have the same problem.

I dont know what might've been causing this. Please help
