My sim won’t gain fame.
I’ve been messing around with the Get Famous pack on the Sims 4, and one of my sims won’t gain fame. Now, I have three sims in this household. Two young adults and a toddler, one of the young adults got offered a job as an actor. So I accepted it. It didn’t take long before I realized that she wasn’t gaining any fame. Even though I was uploading videos from the Video Station as well. She has level ten Acting and Charisma, and she’s been promoted to SuperStar at the moment. When I check her fame, it says that she’s “Out Of The Spotlight.” I used cheats to raise her celebrity level, but she’s still not gaining fame. My other sims are gaining fame, even the other young adult in the household. I don’t know what to do, is it a bug or was something done wrong on my part?
@Chante1228 open the fame perks panel, the screen where you select perks and look at the bottom left of the window. Does the button say "Step into the Spotlight" or "opt out of fame" or "Quit the spotlight" or something like that?
