my sim won't age up and friends are disappearing!

Hi there.  I have tried creating 2 different characters to see if this was a glitch with one, but it's happening with both.  My sim is stuck on saying "ageing up in 10 days" ... it doesn't matter if ...

Disappering SIms is a bug and EA is working on this

Do you have aging on for everyone ?

Hi there,

yes i have ageing on for everyone ... occasionally it will go down by one day, and i think it's fixed ... but then the next day it's back.  It's sitting on 10 days mostly.

      I don't even know what that means... Why has it taken over a MONTH to fix this!?  I'm getting really annoyed with not being able to play this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        Do you even want to try things to fix it or just keep saying over and over that you don't know what that means ?

        What do you not understand ? It's a bit hard to help you this way, tbh.

        You have an option to turn aging on and off in your game options. Is that turned on for you ? Did you turn it of and back off ?

        You say you're on your third Sim. Did you start a new save game every time or just add new Sims to your existing game ?
