my sim won't age up and friends are disappearing!

Hi there. I have tried creating 2 different characters to see if this was a glitch with one, but it's happening with both. My sim is stuck on saying "ageing up in 10 days" ... it doesn't matter if ...

Disappering SIms is a bug and EA is working on this

Do you have aging on for everyone ?

I have no idea what that is or how that has anything to do with this ... it has been OVER a month now with NO SOLUTION!!! I'm not impressed...

Did you also try turning aging off and back on ?

Also could you try a new game for testing purposes to see if you get the same glitch

ditto @ petaspice. I had a horrific experience with so-called customer support & wouldn't even just admit that they had no idea what the problem was & kept trying to blame me & my CP. I want my money back for the wasted time & a game that seems to get more pointless b/c of a glitch thats progressing.
