my sims / houses and rooms are not showing up in gallery and libery

my sims and rooms and houses ive made are not showing up in my libery and gallery why?

    Did you click on the advance tab and check on the new filters ?

LIKEWISE! Mine is not showing up in the gallery or library! And yes, I placed my lots into the tray folder! Please someone help. Custom mods work fine, but it's just the stupid tray folder!!!!
