My Sims 4; Activation code already been used
I downloaded my sims 4 and it tells me my activation code has already been used?

Is this the first time that you downloaded the game or did you reinstall? If you reinstalled or entered the code before, make sure you have Origin downloaded to your pc and then sign in. Then click on the My Games tab and a drop down menu will appear. You may need to change it to all games, hidden games, etc. but your game should be there.
If you never entered the code and you just got the game, you need to speak with the place you bought the game from as codes can only be used once @louise199629.
I downloaded Sims back in February, played it for a bit and then haven't played it since, came on today and it said I had to put in my profuct code and so I did and it says it s been used, I don't know what to do now?
