My Sims 4 and Origin won"t open on my laptop
I clicked to open both applications, only for nothing to happen. I can't even open Origin to fix the problem.

have you tried uninstalling Origin and newly installing it ? If that doesn't help, I would suggest making a new thread in the Origin forum here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/bd-p/O-2
You probably get better help there as you seem to have an Origin issue and not a Sims one
