my sims 4 camera spins like carzy

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except - Moschino Stuff - Toddler Stuff - Fitness Stuff - Kids Room Stuff - Luxury Party Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think is the new Magic pack when i install it my camera went spinning like crazy. Before that everything was fine.
What happens when the bug occurs? When I try to rotate a new character or a lot to build on my camera start spinning like crazy. I try to fix my mouse but it dose no change to the game.
What do you expect to see? I expect my camera to rotate normal again.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
