My Sims 4 crashes on the blue screen/plumbob
So, as you can see in the photo, everytime i try to start the game, it opens, but as soon as we see the blue screen/plumbob thingy it just freezes and nothing happens. I have tried just about everyth...

@hallowqueen128 Thanks for the dxdiag. Please plug your monitor directly into the graphics card, not into the motherboard as you've done. Here's a diagram I like to borrow from someone else:
You didn't ask about Sims 3, but this is your issue with that game:

Here are the photos of behind my computer, and the actual computer. This may help you i guess? Hopefully it will anyway. When i tried to move the cable to the other hdmi option, the monitor went black and wasn't working anymore? I don't know if i did something stupid, i'm gonna assume yes lol. Not being tech savy is the bane of my existence.
