When I log onto Origin and go to my Sims 4 game to press play nothing happens...I press play and the play button goes pale orange until a few seconds later it just go back to bold orange like I never pressed play.

Could you check if you have a process ts4.exe running in the background.

Try deleting your Origin cache or repair the game by right clicking on the game on the Origin client
The process is running in the background but then it just goes away. Could someone help me, please?
