My sims 4 isnt turning on after downloading epic games

Recently, I got epic games. I added sims 4 there, and it worked normally until 05.02.2024. On that day, I tried turning on The Sims 4 and it kept saying that its turning on. I ignored it at the time,...

@Aesteq_  Try uninstalling and reinstalling the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine).  Then see whether it directs you to Epic again.

I can't uninstall it with the Revo Unistaller. It tells me to turn off the EA app first, even though it's already turned off.
