My sims 4 play button is grayed out!
For about the past month, my sims 4 play button has been grayed out. I tried clicking update but it never would! I then accidentally deleted the "update now" notice on the game! Please help! I've looked for so many answers only to find that I seem to be the only person currently having this problem...
Try right clicking the game and choose "update".
This is advised, so try these as updating won't work.:The Play button in Origin is gray
Make sure your game is updated to the newest version (see above). If that is the case and the play button is still gray, try the following things (or any combination of it)
- Restart Origin
- Manually uninstall Origin, run ccleaner, then reinstall
- Right click on the Game in Origin and hit Repair Game
- Log out and back in
- Delete Origin cache files
