My Sims 4 reset itself!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please help!!! My sims 4 game completely restarted from scratch with the tutorial and everything. It happened right after I downloaded some cc and the weird thing is that the cc is still in my mods folder yet it does not show up in the game! Also, my origin account says I've played for 479 hours (I'm not crazy I just forget to turn it off at night) which is how many hours it was on before it restarted! I tried completely restarting my computer but it didn't help. Please help me!!!!! I made so much progress and was down like 5 generations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ea pleae help us that happened to me to I cryed because thats how much I love sims 4. I had the best story lines going on and niw its all, all gone! Please give us right answers!!!

I edited your post to remove all caps. Please be aware that they're considered screaming and against the TOS of AHQ.

Have you tried all the suggestions in this thread ? Maybe the game is using a different folder now than where your stuff is.

When u finish the download process is your FINDER supposed to open up with 2 folders which label 2 ITEMS if this happened to u can u please reply back Thank you!
