My sims 4 save files are broken

@krissypooh924  You can try to load the backup versions of your saves using the manual method here:

But it's possible that all of your saves are corrupted beyond repair.  Recovery software doesn't usually recover every bit of data, just enough for the programs that use the affected files to piece things together again.  When the file is a spreadsheet and it's missing formatting or a few entries, it's simple enough to fix, but if Sims 4 can't even recognize a save, there's unfortunately nothing you can do.
