My Sims don't respond to actions while the time keeps running!

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just give them something to do and you will see that they don't do anything.
What happens when the bug occurs? My Sims don't respond. I give them things to do: walk, sleep, pick up the toddler and they do nothing... They just stand there while the time moves and their needs go down...
What do you expect to see? That they respond to the tasks I give them!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Oh okay, I noticed that they are doing the actions (I see it left below) but I DON'T SEE THEM MOVING

Could you try if repairing the game works ?
1. Close the game
2. Right-Click on the game in Origin
3. Hit Repair game.That said, there's a known freezing issue if you click on the ingame computer for some saves
