MY SIMS DON'T SHOW UP IN GAME

So my sims won't show up in game when i have mods on. I've seen a couple of posts that had the same issue and they were solved by deleting the MDina-PregTimer9days mod, I've tried to look it up in my game but it doesn't show up I don't know what to do this has been going on for months and i cant seem to fix it. ☹️
