My sims skin tones are missing. They are all the same tone.

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:Steam-PC Which language are you playing the game in? English How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? 1.77.146.1030 ...

Hey, creating a new user profile and hopping into create a sim and the skin tones seem to be working properly.

Do you know of any way to fix this on my main save? I’m quite far in and would rather not have to restart this one.
