Ok so my sim just had a child and I aged her up to a toddler and went to edit her and stuff and there were no longer girl toddler hair in my game. This has been an issue for a while and it is driving me insane. Anyone have any idea why this would happen and how to fix it?

are you using any custom content or mods in your game ?
If so, custom content can get outdated with patches. If it works when you remove your mods folder, then one or more mods/cc is no longer compatible with the game and you have to find those.

If you don't, try repairing your game through Origin.
