I am having a similar issue where mermaid sims who are skinny dipping or bathing put on a random shirt as they do so. I'm unsure if that's the same thing you're seeing.
@Shoganza Is that on a game without CC ?
@jullemor3107 Have no issues with this Sim in my game.
Could you start a fresh game on a save that has no mods/cc installed and check if you can duplicate if you place from the library ?
