Nanny, maid and gardener not arriving

Whenever I hire a service no one arrives, iv tried removing the mods, repairing the game and checking for updates but nothing seems to be solving the problem!  thanks

@liv1670 I checked your save and since you have upped the household limit with a mod, you've reached the max of 20 Sims per lot.

You need to change the settings in MCCC to allow more than 20 Sims on a lot, then the nanny should show up.
