hi, i put up a post before about wanting to be able to add Needs TLC to normal lots/apartments, and i stumbled across this gem!

in this, you will find ( may need to scroll ) a download link for the electricity box, leaky pipes and mouse hole.

in another post thats above it you will find the roach spawner.
