New computer, game is now unplayable due to gliches.

@kaylynbrundage  What all was transferred from the old computer to the new one?  If for example the Sims 4 user folder was moved, please rename it to allow the game to generate a new folder.  This won't delete any of your files but will prevent the game from reading them, as in, you can test with completely fresh user data.  Let me know what problems, if any, you see in this new folder.

I would like to see a dxdiag as well; you can attach one to a reply.
