hi there, sorry this took so long I've just managed to get it updated to the latest version of windows 10! I've ran the game a few times again and its still crashing, again tried without mods etc and its not lasting longer than about 5 minutes before i receive a bsod and the computer restarts. Tried repairing the game in origin too and still nothing, ive attached my new dxdiag
@robbxe Don't worry about the delay; people come back whenever they have time to troubleshoot.
The new BlueScreens have the same error code as the old ones, a code which generally points to a bad driver of some kind. It's not always clear which driver is the problem. But since Sims 4 is affected, it's most likely the graphics card driver(s), so the next thing to try is to do a clean uninstall of both the Intel and Nvidia drivers and then reinstall them. Here's how to do it:
First, download Display Driver Uninstaller from here:

You can download new drivers from the Medion page for your laptop model. Be sure to get both the Intel and Nvidia drivers.

Next, take your computer completely offline—disable wifi and/or pull the ethernet cord—and double-click the DDU.exe. Take note of where the file will land, and click Extract. If it's easier, you can copy the path (ctrl-C) and then paste it (ctrl-V) into the address bar in a File Explorer window. Open the folder and then Display Driver Uninstaller.exe, and you'll get a message that you're not in Safe Mode. Click OK, then go to Options and enable Safe Mode dialog. Here's a screenshot of what your options should look like:
Choose GPU, then Nvidia, then click Clean and Restart. Your computer will restart in normal mode. Launch the DDU again, reboot into Safe Mode, and repeat the above steps, but this time, choose Intel instead of Nvidia in step 2.
After your computer reboots into normal mode, still offline, you can install the Intel driver, then reboot, and then install the Nvidia driver and reboot again. For the Nvidia driver, choose a custom install, and only install the driver and the PHYSX software.
If it helps, you can print this out, since you won't be able to go back online and have a look until you're done with the whole process.

im searching on the link you provided for the drivers and its not coming up with any nvidia or intel drivers relating to my model, do you know which ones i should be downloading?

@robbxe I linked your exact model of laptop, so all you need to do is click the Driver button under "Download options for your product." The graphics card drivers are near the top of the list, both titled "Grafik driver Medion..."

On my phone, currently trying to install the nvidia driver but it keeps saying ‘the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware’ - the intel driver has installed fine
