@robbxe I linked your exact model of laptop, so all you need to do is click the Driver button under "Download options for your product." The graphics card drivers are near the top of the list, both titled "Grafik driver Medion..."
On my phone, currently trying to install the nvidia driver but it keeps saying ‘the graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardware’ - the intel driver has installed fine

@robbxe Sorry I took so long to respond. With the error installing the Nvidia driver, I wanted to ask for a second opinion from someone who's a lot better with these things than I am.
The BSOD error you keep having needs to be addressed, in this case by installing several updates, all provided from the same Medion driver page for your laptop.
- Start with the BIOS update, the first one listed on the download page. Here are instructions for updating BIOS: https://www.medion.com/gb/service/_lightbox/treiber_details.php?did=16390
- Next up is the chipset driver, the third one from the top
- After the chipset driver is installed, reboot your computer
- Install the touchpad firmware update (second to last), and reboot if your computer doesn't do it automatically
- Install the touchpad driver (third to last), and reboot again
The next step is to run a couple of Windows system checks. Here's how:
- Hit Windows key-X
- Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
- Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
- The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
- After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
- Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
- Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
- Post the message you receive here
Now please run another dxdiag and attach it to your reply along with everything else.
After the dxdiag runs, try to install the Nvidia driver again. Let me know whether it works, or you get another error.
Finally, please upload the last two dump files generated. Open a File Explorer window, enter the address C:\Windows\Minidump\ into the address bar, and grab the most recent files. If you can't attach the files directly to a post, you can upload them to a free filesharing site instead.
Please also let me know whether you play any other games on this computer, and if so, which one(s).
