New HP Stream notebook 11, want to play Sims 4

I just received a new HP Stream Notebook Pc 11 from my husband. I want to play my Sims 4 , and I know I need an external device. I would like to know if it is possible to play this game on my noteboo...

That is really not recommended. There's too many issues with running the game on an external drive.

Besides that, those notebooks are not made for gaming. The specs are far too low,
