Hi Everyone. I am trying to play my Sims 4 game but ever since the game last updated itself I cant get the personality segment of create a sim to show up. All I get is the top section of the box but the info to give my Sim personality isnt visible. I dont know exactly whats going on but its driving me crazy! Can anyone help?? Thanks in advance!
Have you tried resetting your Sims 4 folder?
Move the Sims 4 folder from the Electronic Arts folder to the desktop, for testing purposes and to backup your Sims 4 files.
Repair the Sims 4 game. In Origin - right-click on Sims 4 and select Repair.
After repairing the game, try a new game save without mods, to see if the issue remains.
If all goes well with a new game. Copy your old saved games from the Sims 4 folder on your desktop to the new Sims 4 folder in [C:\Users\Username\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4].
Try playing one of the older saved games. If that goes okay, start to put back the other files and folders. (list of files and folders below).
- Options.ini (User game settings)
- Tray Folder (Sims/Houses/Commercial lots and rooms)
- Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
- Rest of the save games, if any.
(leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave. It is not used anymore.)
- Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, makeup
- Mods (Put these back one by one to make sure they all still work)
Please note some mods and custom content become outdated with every game patch released. This means you'll need to go through your mods folder to find what needs to be replaced.

Try reseting your Sims 4 Folder by putting the Sims 4 folder from Electronic Arts,run the game and it should create a new Sims 4 Folder.After that,you can move your CC,Mods and saves.Another solution is putting your mods and cc from your Sims 4 Folder to the Desktop.Why you need to move the is because some mods and cc cause problems for some menu's to show up.Have fun!🙂
