no play button...

I bought a new pack bundle, went to play through Origin only to find the Sims 4 has no play button. Only says details were play should be. Have tried emailing help with no answer and finding answers ...

    @areless  In that case, you'll need to contact EA customer support and ask that the Steam version be removed from your account.  There's no way that I know of to fix this issue on your own.

@puzzlezaddict I have used it through steam before. I tried following the links steps to clearing my cache but it didnt work. I use PC. There is also no repair option.
