No Responce on Live Chat
I'm beyond fed up with EA. For nine weeks now Sims 4 has been unplayable for me. They assured me that the problem was on their end and that it had been put to the top of the priority list, and that I would be emailed as soon as it was fixed - NINE WEEKS LATER, still no email and still no fix.
But that's not even the worst part. I've been sitting in the live help chat for half an hour now. NONE of the people are responding in chat. At all. I'm on the third person now, and not a single person is responding. What the heck even is this? Are you serious? Do these people just leave their programs running and all go out to lunch at the same time?
