No Task menu after update

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.81.72.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? all except cottage living, and 4 kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? during the doctor career the task menu doesn't appear
What happens when the bug occurs? no task menu when at work (doctor career), no task bar for going on dates and the play/ pause area disappears since the new update Nov 3rd 2021
What do you expect to see? the tasks to do the job, the pause and play buttons
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
