    Thankyou for your replys I tried every thing that was done suggested and what worked for me was clearing all game caches

Is this because you are playing the game at fast or ultra speed?

The television will show blurred black screen under fast and ultra speed and will only show motion pictures at normal speed.

No was only playing slow speed
