Re: Sims won't connect to internet/go online

For a few days now, my Sims game wouldn't connect to the wifi, and I can't access the gallery or the marketplace. My EA app is fully connected. I cleared the cache and repaired the game, but it just won't connect. I made sure to check the connection and strength of the network on my laptop, but everything seems normal. I even tried restarting my laptop and the EA app itself. May I have a way to fix this issue, please
