I have 361GB left of my C drive and 18.3 of my D drive. Origin is installed on my flash drive but sims 4 is installed on my c drive.
@hatchedcleric41 Is your flash drive your D drive? It doesn't actually matter; what does is how much space is left on the drive where Origin's download cache lands. Even though your C drive has plenty of space, if Origin is trying to download somewhere else, it can throw that error.
In any event, the first thing to try is clearing Origin's cache:

If that doesn't help, you may need to temporarily install Origin on C, at least long enough to get past this error. Then you can move it back again. Clear its cache a second time, then uninstall Origin (just Origin, not your games) "the hard way," and reinstall.
