Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I own Cats n Dogs, City Living, Parenthood, and High School Years. EA App refused to acknowledge that I do even though it shows my download history, and the add-ons are still in my folder?????? But they do not show up on my purchase history. Ive seen many people having the same problems and I tried to follow their solutions, with no success.

I play on PC. I've repaired, installed, reinstalled, re logged, I tried moving the packs out of the folder and back again, I tried moving the entire game to another hard drive/SSD. Nothing works.

Throwing a Hail Mary since EA Support doesn't seem to want to help either.
