@JonaO703 Thank you so much for your very detailed response, unfortunately, I only purchase through Origin, because I want everything to be up to date and be located in the same place I did think of this however, and did update my Steam account anyways to make sure it wasn't somehow running interference with my EA launcher. I also performed a Sim 4 repair and restarted everything including my computer. I have not run the EAUpdater program so I will try that now. Thank you so much for your help!!!

@spizzo30 Please open your EA App game library, click Sims 4, select Manage > Manage add-ons, and let me know whether Get to Work is on the list. If it is, please also let me know what it says underneath, e.g. Installed or in-game content.
Additionally, do you or did you ever have an EA Play subscription?
