one sim in household not following commands

I'm playing the 100 Baby Challenge and my matriarch randomly stopped functioning. All other sims in the household are following commands no problem, but the matriarch is simply standing and won't follow any directives. She's pregnant and near the end of the third trimester, if that matters. I only have a few items of CC and no mods, and this started in the middle of gameplay so it wasn't caused by any patch or update. I've tried removing and returning her to the household in manage worlds, restarting the game, and repairing the game. Does anybody know how to fix this?

    UPDATE: If I have a different sim from the household interact with her, she will follow directives to continue the conversation they started. I tried to sneak in a command for her to eat a harvestable while she was talking, but like all the other commands from before, that one just stayed in her queue and blocked the rest of the commands in her queue (related to the conversation) from moving forward.
