One specific household will not load.

Hi! So, all the rest of my game seems to work fine, except for a specific household and their restaurant. I can play other households and interact with them, invite them over, or even go to their house/ restaurant, but when I want to load the household to play them, it sits on the loading screen with the spinning green gem and the tips coming across the screen.

A little extra:

-It doesn't matter how long it sits, it won't load.

-I have already checked my mods and it still does it without any mods at all.

- I have restarted my computer

- I have repaired the game.

- I have tested a new game. (It doesn't happen there, just for this one)

- I have checked for updates.

- I have to forceq the screen through task manager to get it to close.

- I have cleared cache, cookies, history, etc, and checked for fragments or corrupt files.

- I have ensured all my drivers and computer are up to date and have required specs.

- I have NOT reinstalled.

Is that my next step? Or is there something I've missed?

    There can be two reasons.
The most common is outdated CC used in this household or on a sim member of this family.
Move the mods folder to the desktop.
Delete localthumbcache.package file in the game folder. Delete also all folders with the word "cache" in the name.
    Fix the game in Origin.
    Origin/Library -right-click on TS4 - option "Repair game"
You have to wait until Origin will fix all packs, not only the base game.
Turn on the game to create a new, empty mods folder. Check if a game is working now properly
If it is fixed, copy from desktop your mods and CC and paste it in the new mods folder. First, paste script mods every time checking if the game is working properly. Do the same with CC but if you have a lot of this, try the 50/50 method ( divide your CC into smaller batches for example 50 pieces in one subfolder and check these subfolders one by one.

Another reason may be that the calendar for this family has announced holidays such as a harvest festival. In this case, you must wait two days before you can enter this household.
