One star rating vet clinic

Question

I started playing the Sims 4 about a week back and most of the game seems te be working fine.

Yesterday I started a vet clinic however and even though my patients seem happy (3 or 4 above their heads) my rating won't go above 1 star.

Improvements continue to include ambiance while I decorated the place until I didn't know how to improve anymore and bought an expensive radio.

The improvements don't change at all either.

Am I doing something really wrong or is this a bug or something?

I actually did that right.Found the problem though, the stars started updating after closing the clinic for a night.
