Oops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #entitlement-failed]

Using PC. After clicking "Join Trial" for the Get Famous pack, Origin popped up, but this error message appeared.

    UPDATE: I tried a different way of accessing the Get Famous free trial - directly from Origin and not through the game and it's downloading now.

    @roberta591 No, it's not a trial base game and I'm only using one EA account. I think the issue is purchasing while in the game itself - using Origin from outside the game seemed to fix it. Thanks for the help 🙂

@roberta591 No, I'm not. My game is also up to date.

UPDATE:I am still getting the same error today ☹️

@DarthDiona Are you playing the trail base game? Are yoou using different accounts for thr base game and pack? Entitlement could mean you have exhausted the trial. Tou will have to contact EA game consultant as accounts can not be accessed from these forums..

      @DarthDiona Ultimately Origin is the DRN for this game. Glad to see you have it working. Thank you for plstimh your solution.
